Refund policies

Returns and exchanges are not available for our products. If a product is received damaged, submit a photo of the damaged product explaining your situation via email to, contact us using our "let's chat button" on our website, or use the form below to contact us to start a refund process.

 If you have never received your package, contact UPS or the post office. Contact us for assistance, but a refund cannot be guaranteed regarding customers never receiving a package. Be sure to type in shipping address accurately to avoid such issues.
