Refund policies

Returns and exchanges are not available for our products. If a product is received damaged, submit a photo of the damaged product explaining your situation via email to survivalwolvesos@gmail.com, contact us using our "let's chat button" on our website, or use the form below to contact us to start a refund process.

 If you have never received your package, contact UPS or the post office. Contact us for assistance, but a refund cannot be guaranteed regarding customers never receiving a package. Be sure to type in shipping address accurately to avoid such issues.
